Well friends, you all must be using many programs like "alcohol 120%" or "Daemon Tools" to load image files of CD/DVD without burning them.
Well, that is good when playing games because these softwares gives very good support for playing pirated games from CD/DVD images, but if you are not into games and just use image drive for simple purposes like 'DVD movies' or 'study material CDs' and even many pirated games and software without hardcore anti piracy support, you may use "Nero Image Drive" which comes along with the Nero software package!!!
If you have Nero software package installed, here is what you have to do, to activate "Nero Image Drive":
1) Go to: start menu>All program>Nero 8>Nero toolkit>Nero ImageDrive
2) Activate Virtual Drive, and restart for the new drive creation.
3) Now, Change Image file association to Nero ImageDrive by, right clicking on any image file and going to its properties, Hitting on the 'Change' button, and selecting Nero ImageDrive from the list of program.
If there is no 'Nero ImageDrive' in the available list of programs, browse to your installation folder to select the program from there.
4) Now press apply to save changes.
Now, you are ready to use double click, to load a image file directly.
Note: You may have to repeat the process for every type of image file once, i.e., .nrg , .iso , .cue , etc.
Quick load may not work, if u have other virtual drive program loaded from before.
